Gurroshan is a passionate facilitator with more than 7 years of experience in the Financial industry. He is a progressive trainer who always mixes the latest training techniques with methods that have strong track record. Adept at motivational speaking, training large groups and new employee orientations.


Some of his key highlights are implementing new technologies such as Augmented Reality into conventional training modules. Gurroshan played a major role in Banks in regards to development of the employee culture. This was achieved with the ability to engage and educate staff in the effective utilization of new systems and technologies to facilitate successful business efforts.


Gurroshan studied International Business which comes in handy in developing a global mindset and allows him to see how globalisation has brought about an increasing 'connectedness' of businesses, markets, people and information across countries. His current passion is in digital learning experience consulting and Augmented Reality consulting.



Aina Ridwan graduated from Kent State University, USA, with Summa Cum Laude in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in 2014.


Aina is a digital native with a passion for bringing technology into learning – and business generally.


She believes that with the right combination  of knowledge and effort, technology can be the greatest support tool for mankind. Her areas of expertise lie in helping companies “think digital” and marrying technology with business, especially in the areas of customer experience, brand and social media, change management, and customer relationship management.
